I am passionate about giving back to my community and have led nationwide student service initiatives at my institution across the state with hundreds of students, gaining valuable leadership experience in managing large-scale projects.

• Organized TAMU-CC’s chapter of a nationwide student volunteer event in 5 major Texan cities with 600 participants
• Doubled participation and volunteer hours through strategic partnerships and securing corporate sponsorships
• Coordinated with corporate sponsors, local non-profits, various university departments, and student organizations
• Navigated complex regulations from various entities to remain in compliance

Alternative Winter Break - December 2022

• Traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana for the sole purpose of volunteering for education-related organizations
• Volunteered at local socioeconomically disadvantaged schools, food banks, gardens, museums, and Down Syndrome resource centers
• Served over 20 hours in total volunteer time

• Represented Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi at the 2023 Texas legislative session
• Advocated for the advancement of TAMU-CC by engaging with Texas senators and representatives
